This vase was thrown in three pieces using black clay and then formed together in an intentional multi-directional manner. It was covered in a Sapphire Float base glaze and then layered with Seaweed, Oatmeal and Flux. When combined in a specific order, these glazes react with a beautiful downward flow of blue, green and brown. It measures approximately 9" in height and approximately 4 1/4" in width from the widest points.
